

As part of the capacity building objective and activities, TASTE organized a Training of Trainers (ToT) programme for food tourism and food management stakeholders.
The ToT took place in Berlin from 3 to 6 June 2025. The event brought together stakeholders from the various countries involved in the project and provided an opportunity to explore the latest trends, challenges, and solutions in sustainable food tourism and food management.
Over the course of two days, participants gained in-depth knowledge on sustainable food management, stakeholder involvement, food supply chain optimisation, and marketing strategies to promote sustainable food tourism.
Attending stakeholders have committed to replicating the training locally, adapting its format and content to their specific contexts, thereby ensuring a multiplier effect of the knowledge shared during the event.
